Why should anyone on the list know that it means that? Very few of us compile Evo for ourselves or keep track of what is the latest version of the source (assuming that's what you're talking about). We use whatever comes with our Linux distro. Now that you've explained that it's 3.13.x, we can see that it's an unreleased version (the latest stable release currently being 3.12.2) which may or may not be related to your original question.
