Hi, Evolution is supposed to ask you for a new password on its own. By the way, what is the exact error message, please? You know, generic "it fails" usually doesn't help to identify the issue. If you see the error in a status bar, then clicking the icon on the left of the message opens a dialog with detailed error description.
