I think that if there is a UTF-8 address in the mail header - Evolution
simply passes these on to the MTA (I'm using SMTP over the Submission
port for deliveries). Is this not wrong? Should Evolution not first
convert any UTF-8 strings to Punycode? Is this a Switchable action?

(Just starting to play with IDN/PunyCode and UTF-8)
