One more interesting observation: when message filtered firstly it marked as deleted in evolution (line through) but after i hit F9 or select other folder and then back to inbox this line through mark disappears. So message stays in inbox. Not sure what may cause this behavior. I have to mention also thats i'am on ubuntu and ubuntu version has modifications for indicator-applet notifications.
