Hi,
there probably didn't run the upgrade (migration - in Evolution terms)
properly, the folders.db files were not upgraded as expected. One option
is to close Evolution, delete them all (under ~/.evolution/mail) and let
them recreate the next start. The only issue is that it stores some
information available only locally for the On This Computer folders, and
some other, thus it may lose some information (like tags, labels and
such), thus rename them, rather than delete.
