Due to a steady increase in crashes (Ubuntu 10.04/ Evo 2.28.3) I decided
to look at options. Moving to Ubuntu (10.10) will give me Evo 2.30.?,
but for other reasons, I won't be doing that soon. So, I decided to
compile, at least then I can always get the latest and can learn a thing
or two.

Will someone tell me what to install from the Ubuntu repo to satisfy the
following, output of ./configure.

Any other useful tips for a beginner compiler in this environment will
be welcome.
Thx
