Thanks for helping me with this problem. The error that I saw was "Error while expunging folder". It is a pop3 account and the emails are just regular emails. No attachments. She deletes from IN box and expunges from trash folder. Lots of free space. I deleted what was in the /tmp folder and rebooted and I get the same error. Please, any other ideas?
