Hi,
it means, in this particular case, that there exists an upstream bug
report (the link is shown there) about the same issue, thus this is not
Fedora specific bug, thus any further investigation and such should be
rather done in the upstream bug report, which is, apparently, still
opened and is waiting for its upstream developer.
