The recent right-click email reminded me to ask this. When I go to another module, such as the calendar, and return to mail, the current folder -- as opposed to the current message -- is selected. Likewise, when I click a folder to switch to it, that folder, rather than the current message in that folder is selected.
Why do I find this bad? Because Evo has no mouse-based way to go to the next UNREAD message, so I use ']' or '.'. But when the folder is selected, this doesn't go to the next unread message, but opens a search box for a folder starting with this character. If I notice that this has happened and try to click on a message, the selection switches to "On this Computer". Is there a way to change this so that keyboard navigation always affects the message list rather than the folder list? Maybe I am unique in wanting this, but I rarely want to search the folder list. Even if I had a lot of folders, evo displays them in alphabetical order, so I wouldn't need to search. -- Art Alexion Resources for Human Development, Inc. 215-951-0300 x3075 4700 Wissahickon Ave. a...@rhd.org Philadelphia, PA 19144 267-615-3172 _______________________________________________ Evolution-list mailing list Evolution-list@gnome.org http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/evolution-list
