I've just built MAPI using Paul's makefile and successfully configured
it. I'm seeing the following anomalies

1) mapi calendar does not seem to be connecting ( OWA calendar works
fine )
2) MAPI is downloading email, but many emails show up in view with no
subject displayed
3) MAPI account threaded view does not actually thread the emails

2&3 work as expected in the OWA account
I am connected with MAPI and OWA at the same time.

As a note, I'm running gentoo

$ uname -a
Linux raker 2.6.30-gentoo-r6 #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri Sep 11 10:04:16 EDT 2009 i6=
86 Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6320 @ 1.86GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux

I can provide more specific system info if needed.
These issues aren't a major discomfort right now, as I'll just continue
to use the OWA account, but if there's info that I can provide that may
help trouble shoot them going forward I'll be glad to pitch in.
