Milan, I do this for a small number of conversations, but it's laborious to set up. I've asked for an enhancement to make this easier (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=386036) which you took action on. However I don't see the "filter on sender and recipients" option anywhere in 2.24.4. Is this what "match-all" means? It's not very clear. The help says that "match-all" matches all the criteria listed, but "match-all" is itself presented in the drop-down menu of criteria. How is this supposed to work?
