How are you getting your mail from yahoo to Evolution? If you are popping it (which seems to be the only supported way, at the moment, when you pop, are you still leaving a copy on the server? In which case, every time you use the pop3 protocol to retrieve it, all of it is still there. If you have found some way to get yahoo to do IMAP, I'd love to hear it, I mostly moved over to google, because they support IMAP (granted, not 100% compatible with Evolution, you have to "move" a message to the "Trash" folder from your "All Mail" folder, then delete it then expunge it to get it to delete, but I believe that is, while a problem for Evolution (since gmail's interface works just fine) a (deliberate) violation of the RFC proper on google's behalf. There is also another way to get your mail from Yahoo, and onto your local machine that I know of. I believe it is called "fetchyahoo" ( http://fetchyahoo.sourceforge.net/ IIRC) and then, you can treat it like any other local account, run it through your procmail filters, et al. And that, set properly, deletes your mail on the server. I don't recall if you can get your multiple mailboxes, but ... it might be possible. Good luck! -dkap _______________________________________________ Evolution-list mailing list Evolution-list@gnome.org http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/evolution-list
