Hi, if I recall correctly, then Evolution expects time in UTC at the moment, thus if your timezone differs "too much" from the UTC, then you can notice it. There can be fix either in gnome-panel, to send time in UTC, or in Evolution, to not expect time in UTC, but in Evolution's or system time zone. I guess the change in gnome-panel would be better, there can be a convention to pass times in UTC to Evolution, but I was told that the second option would be better. I do not remember why exactly, though.
