Right.  It's clear from the response I got back that this is still a
useful feature, though not as useful as it could be.

We're now thinking about renaming "Save" / "Save As" to something like
"Export Message" and have the format of the file correspond to the mode
you're editing in.  i.e. WYSIWYExport.  In HTML mode, "Export Message"
write an HTML file.  In text mode, it would write a text file.

I'm still not sure what to do about with message headers such as the
recipients and subject of the message.  Should these be included as
well, and if so how?
