Just for the heck of it, I tried to run my newly built Evolution 2.12. Aside from not having the Exchange connector installed, it worked perfectly. It even found a reply I was editing when the prior version crashed, and offered to recover it. I checked for print settings and they are present. So it looks like if I can just get evolution-exchange to build, I'll be set.
