I have Evolution 2.10.1 installed via Ubuntu package (on Kubuntu, KDE). My Evolution does not have a Printer Settings menu option. I've installed GEdit and Evince and both print Letter size by default, I've had to make no change to the print settings of either app. My system wide default page size setting is Letter and Evolution is the only app that does not use this. Do I need to upgrade to a newer version of Evolution?
