Please be more specific. What does "can't send mails via the Server" mean? Do the mails bounce? Are they sent but never arrive? Does Evo hang while sending? Does it give an error message? > However Kmail running F7 on the same workstation (on another HD) can > send and receive mails on the Mail Server without problem. Using exactly the same account info? If a server accepts mail to local accounts but rejects mail to non-local accounts it sounds like relay protection on the server, which stops a non-local sender sending to a non-local receiver. Does the server have sender authentication (i.e. do you have to log in or use SSL to send?) poc _______________________________________________ Evolution-list mailing list Evolution-list@gnome.org http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/evolution-list
