May be an issue with an older version of Evo or the plug-in. I am using the same plug-in in Evo 2.10.3 on FC7 and not facing this problem. When I "right click" a message and select "Convert to task" it opens various tasks list. I can then select a particular task list from my various tasks list i have created such as "Today / Client / Personal" and thats it.
However I am not able to attach any note at this point. I need to go to that task and edit it.
