The timezone is Jerusalem.
I got the link http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi
which describes this bug, but the description of the fix is not
understandable.
The Jerusalem.ics file (/usr/share/apps/libical/zoneinfo/Asia/Jerusalem.ics)
already contains TZNAME= lines. I made sevral attempts at editing
Jerusalem.ics, no success (crashes). Do you have the correct contents of
the Jerusalem.ics file ? My contents i below
