Hi,

ok, as we see thunderbird is not perfect either, that was just the first 
part of my message, I can't figure out where the rest has gone, so far i 
meant:

There schould really be some more synchronisation between the threads. 
So that  imap - disconnection  with "success" does not cancel other 
threads but waits for them to finish (simpler fix would be if threads 
don't open a messagebox if ther 'error' is success).
