In case you have a lot of folders and don't want to iterate through all of them manually, you could select "all accounts" in the combo box right to the search text-field, then click on the icon inside the search text field, select "advanced search" from the popup menu and select "match all" for the first rule. Close the dialog by clicking "OK", focus the search text-field and press enter. This way you should see all mail from all accounts in the list. Select all (CTRL+A) and filter them (CTRL+Y).
