Please provide the following information,
What is the version of evolution which he is using ?
Is he getting any error messages while subscribing to other user's
calendar ?
Please note though he has subscribed to other users folder from outlook,
for the calendars to appear they have to be subscribed from evolution.
You can subscribe from main menu File->Subscribe to other Users Exchange
folder.
