Please send the me source of the meeting mail received (stripping the
confidential information if any). You can get it by pressing ctrl+u on
the email. I want to ensure if the meeting sent has the right timezone
attached with it. Also check if you have the the timezone update fix.
You can check it if you have it by checking the ChangeLog,

$rpm -q --changelog evolution-data-server |less

Which should mention the following changelog entry for the timezone
update.

* Thu Mar 08 2007 - [EMAIL PROTECTED]
bnc-251573-timezone-update.diff: Updates the timezone information.
