I was trying to subscribe to my Google Calendar with Evolution and accidentally created a CalDAV calendar instead of an "On The Web" one. Now the CalDAV one won't delete, and it keeps harrassing me about a password every time I open Evolution. Every time I right click on the CalDAV calendar and hit Delete, it pops up the confirmation box, which I hit Delete on, and then the box goes away--but the calendar remains. Help!
