Thanks Andre. It took a couple of tries to clear the error, but it worked in the end. I have been running Evo for a few years and never run into this issue, but after reading bugzilla it seems that quite a few users are experiencing this problem. I don't know if it's relevant, but FWIW I do move a lot of messages (100+ per day), both manually and by way of filters, from my inbox to sub-folders and I have been getting some odd things happening that I have not seen in the past (eg. duplicated messages and short freezes during the move).
