To everyone who is seeing this issue: If you have the specific case where evolution works, and (without upgrading or installing) after some period of inactivity, it stops to work, giving the "Evolution can not start" dialog, then I've submitted a bug for it here: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=343656 In case you want to monitor it :)
