Hi All,
I have installed the following RPMS's from
http://ftp.novell.co.jp/pub/suse/suse/i386/supplementary/GNOME/update_for_10.0/yast-source
this is interesting, as I am unable to install evo 2.6 when using:
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/supplementary/GNOME/update_for_10.0/yast-source
as the yast repo -- why does yours include the novell.co.jp bit?
In my case, I get an dependency error from YAST saying:
gtkhtml2 not available:
evolution requires gtkhtml2 >= 3.10.0-
this turns out to be listed as at novell bugzilla having to do with
the wrong version of things being copied into the folders that are
mirrored out to the repo sites:
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=152399
This bug has not yet been dealt with that I know of, so the fact that
you were able to install without massive dependecy issues (or even at
all) surprises me some. It may be worth adding your experience to the
above bug, as perhaps there might be more going on then the failed
gtkhtml2 dependency?
