OWA URL as,
https://exchange-server19.wellsfargo.com/exchange/tedrb
and user name as you enter in OWA should work.

You can send the E2K_DEBUG traces or attach it to 
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=273627
