This rocks. Many sucking lazy poeple just "Reply to all" and firing Ccs is good. It's good at least untill people learn to use "reply to list" (shortcut Ctrl-l in Evolution) -- A powerfull GroupWare, CMS, CRM, ECM: CPS (Open Source & GPL).
