Looks like you're missing the mozilla nss devel libraries which I think are needed to get the NTLM authorization for evolution connector to work against OWA from Exchange servers when using TLS(SSL).
I'm not sure where it is located under Gentoo but I would have expected emerge to do package dependency checking to get this needed ingredient unless data server/connector aren't being built with that feature. I feel your pain, having attempted to build evolution by hand in the past.
