I'm seeing similar situations with exchange connector where it doesn't refresh folders or will get newer messages but not older ones that may have been read through another interface such as OWA from a browser. Eg is this morning when I arrived at work ran up evo and the inbox on the side reports 7 unread messages yet they haven't appeared in the inbox.
