*A**s far as free will is concerned I don't believe there is a difference
between coerced and caused, if you disagree then you are required to say
exactly what that difference is and do so without mentioning "free will"
because infinite loops are of not much use to anybody. At the end of the
day **you did what you did for a reason and was therefore deterministic OR
you did what you did for no reason and was therefore random. *

*And that's not all, the thing/person coerced/caused for a reason and was
therefore deterministic OR it coerced/caused for a no reason and therefore
he/she/it was random. *

*Long** before I was old enough to go to school I noticed that whenever I
did something that somebody thought was strange I was always asked the same
question: why did you do that? If I was unable to give a satisfactory
answer to that question** my actions were condemned because they were
un-reasonable. And today I think it's un-reasonable to expect that a
dictionary or my third grade English teacher provided all the information
necessary to solve profound philosophical questions. *

*Unlike you, although I may have accused somebody of being inconsistent, I
have never claimed my debate opponent didn't mean what they said. If that
was the only retort I could think of I would prefer to abandon my previous
position, adopt my opponent's position and make it my own. That's why I
enjoy online debating, it helps me sharpen my thinking. And I have
absolutely no loyalty to ideas, so if your argument is better than my
argument then your argument is my new argument. This strategy makes things
far more enjoyable because trying to defend an untenable position is no fun
at all. *
