No. Of course not. I'm referring to a specific usage which has made a 
particular situation considerable worse. AG

to be conventional computer programs which have inflexible rules of 
responses. Microsoft is a culprit in this confusion. And its programming of 
its clone of Skype is just shameful. I once prematurely hit the call button 
before finishing typing in the phone number. Now I have a "contact" I can't 
delete. And my friend's phone rings when called from Walmart's phone, but 
not when called from the clone of Skype, which always sends me to voice 
mail. I'd like to inform them about these bugs, but there no one to speak 
with. AG *
