Hi Jon, They're stored in an IndexedDB container called "offline", in the OfflineXact table. However, you shouldn't need to dig around in there.
If you go to the offline interface directly, without logging in, you can use the Export Transactions button to get a file that you can load into an offline session either at that workstation once it's fixed, or at any other workstation registered at the same library.
