Maine Infonet had policies for use of their State Library digital
collections.
https://www.maineinfonet.org/about/maine-infonet-digital-collections-policy/

Note sentence: "Parents or guardians are responsible for a child’s access
to materials licensed by Maine InfoNet."

Within the Balsam Consortium (currently on Evergreen) we added the
graduation date and the grade to the student's registration. So I would
assume that you could arrange to add an age (and then ask to get paid for
another clerical day to change all those ages every year?!)

Is your system set up to delete the link to the past checkouts as soon as
the item is checked in? So then your current record on a patron would only
have a record of the current checked out items. Does this meet the law of
"...current borrowing of..."?
