A couple more details that haven't been mentioned:

* The list in question is at
https://evergreen-ils.org/directory/libraries.json and anyone with write
access can add your consortium.  I don't know who has write access; I don't.
* That list is used by the Hemlock Android App
<https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.kenstir.apps.hemlock>.
There is no equivalent generic iOS app; it has to be customized to your
consortium.  I can do that or you can do that; it's open source.  If I do
it, you pay me for my time and there are no subscription fees.  Docs and
links to the code can be found at https://kenstir.github.io/hemlock-docs/
