Because I know not everyone subscribes to every new bug or comment in Launchpad I wanted to mention bug 2115348 here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/2115348 which is about either removing the example reporter extensions from the IDL or including them in the stock install (I think my preference is pretty clear) since on a fresh installation the reporting sources exist but don't work.
