Hi everyone, We have one library where the hold and transit slips are not appearing when items are checked in, instead it's going straight to the print preview in Chrome. We've tested and it's happening for this library in both 3.11 and 3.14.
I think we must have adjusted something for the library in the past but we haven't been able to figure out what. So far we have ruled out pop-ups being blocked, check in modifiers, Shelving Locations - Hold Capture Requires Verification or Checkin Alert, Auto-Print Settings (Admin -> Local Admin -> Auto-Print Settings), and the library setting "Disable Automatic Print Attempt Type List". Anyone have any ideas of other things to check?
