Hi Diane

I've been trying to figure this out, but I haven't had any luck just yet.
There is a force action box so I'm wondering if there's a way to use that as a
way to get there.

Subject: [Evergreen-general] Reports, tracking last copy deletions by deleting
staffs' home libraries?

I've been trying to set up a recurring report that tracks the number of records
deleted due to last copy deletions, for a particular branch (i.e. by the
deleting user's home library and/or by the deleted LC's owning library) and by
shelving location. We track last-copy deletions as part of our statistics, and
given Evergreen notifies you if you're deleting an LC but not how many you're
deleting, we have to delete titles one by one and track the LCs manually;
having a report that could track this on its own would be an enormous savings
on time.

But as far as I can tell, I haven't been able to get information for any
deleted records with the source I've been using (Last Copy Delete Time). Can
anyone recommend an approach or share how they might've achieved something
similar?

Thank you,
- Diane
