I had a question from a patron about receiving a notification at 5am waking
them up. I'm not going into silencing phones and all that. I'm curious
because of what I found on our server.

They sent a screenshot on their phone proving the timestamp. When I check
the logs, the server says it went out at 9am. I ran SELECT NOW(); on the
database server within postgres and it gave me the correct time, same as
when I ran date on the server itself. The only server that does not have
the correct time is the load balancer but it's on UTC time which is 7 hours
ahead [and probably something I should correct].

Any idea why the timestamp would be off like this?
