I find it perplexing that Evergreen does not indicate which staff member input 
a new patron record.  I can see which staff member checked an item in or out, 
so why can I not see who set the account up?  It is incredibly useful data 
because it can help me spot if a staff member is struggling and needs more 
training on patron records.  It can also be helpful when tracking down a 
problem so that you can figure out where the process went wrong and why.
