Hi Millissa, We've been recommending libraries adding preferred as an alert in Messages > Penalties and Messages. This adds the pronouns in a section below the name, which is a helpful display location, although the text is highlighted red and the "alert" type causes the name to be highlighted red even though it is informational and not indicating a bad or blocked status.
