Hi Lauren, Yes, my understanding is that selecting the Juvenile? setting makes the policy apply to Juvenile accounts.
There's a short note about this in the docs, but I agree it (and likely the whole circ policy section) could use a little more detail: * - Other user data that can be used for circulation policies include the juvenile flag in the user record.* I'd be happy to submit a bug report, unless you were planning to do so.
