Ending soon ⚠️ CAV decal HOV & toll perks

DMV Customer:
We are emailing you about your Clean Air Vehicle (CAV) decal.
What you need to know: Your CAV decal will be invalid as of October 1 due to a
change in policy by the federal government. This means vehicles with a CAV
decal will no longer be eligible to pay reduced tolls or travel in carpool
High-Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes with a single occupant. You may receive a
citation if you violate HOV-lane laws or do not pay tolls.
What you need to do: Follow posted vehicle occupancy requirements and pay all
required tolls.
Why this is happening: The federal government is ending the CAV decal program
in all states. For more information, check out the FAQs on our website.
