I suspect the current sensor is out of calibration, by about 150%. Complain as indicated in the bottom of the receipt that their station is ILLEGALLY billing because it is not properly calibrated. If they do not respond, a complaint to the weight and measures dept is next, this is the same as filling a Prius 10 gal fuel tank and getting billed for 15 gal. Cor.
