I have in my possession an 18 volt Mikita drill with a 1.5 ah battery. The
charger says it's bad. Drill says it works. Measured 16.4vdc. The bad boy
charger has it up to18.5vdc. The goal is 21v I am told. I would be happy with
80%. How much trouble can I get into here. I have revived 1.2v NiMH with a
burst from a 3.2 v battery. The charger says that the battery is still bad. I
guess the charger could be bad. Lawrence Rhodes
