I've converted a Lead Acid S-10 conversion to a Leaf Pack conversion (used all 48 cells in 8 "batteries" of 6 modules in a 2S 3P configuration. Total system voltage was ~ 120 volts when finished.

I documented the entire project (buying a wrecked Leaf, removing/harvesting the modules from the battery, re-packaging them into a different configuration, and installation including a MiniBMS system) on a YouTube playlist:

I also have a lot of posts on my blog under the "leaf" tag, in reverse chronological order here.

I am in the process of doing so. Need 30 cells, which I have. Has anyone
done this conversion?

If you mean a Solectria E10 pickup, you might try posting this on the
Solectria list too.
