I would think that would be a great value-added service for somebody to offer. 
TucsonEV has been asked many times if we carry an internet connected EVSE (we 
don't). And we've repaired, replaced the J1772 plug, on quite a few of the 
Juiceboxes so the customers like the product and I'm sure that they'd go for a 
fix to get them back to being 'smart'.
