Also consider at this price point and age range what sort of battery capacity 
you want (how many miles/day you want to drive without having to charge the 
car) - and what the battery degradation from new a vehicle of that age will 
have.

I have had 4 EVs over the last 12 years - and how you use the vehicle is a 
really important factor because (unlike petrol cars) - one EV (battery) size is 
likely not a "1:1 replacement" for a petrol car with a consistent 250-350 mile 
"tank range".
