Hi folks My 2013 Nissan Leaf has this cold braking problem and I can’t figure out if the brake booster dropout when cold is software (cheap update) or hardware related (replace brake booster). Is anyone familiar with this 46.9K vehicles recall? The Roanoke Va Peter’s creek rd Nissan dealer says I’d have to pay for this since it’s no longer a recall (about $1k).
